Director & Project Manager
Neil is a fully qualified carpenter whose passion for the trade has grown into a comprehensive career spanning all aspects of construction. Building on his craft foundations, Neil has accumulated extensive experience as a builder and project manager, overseeing a wide variety of projects — from small domestic works to large-scale residential developments across Guernsey.
Having worked at a senior level within the construction industry for many years, Neil brings a hands-on understanding of every stage of the build process. His experience covers groundworks and foundations through to finishing trades, giving him the practical knowledge to manage projects efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standard.
With Horizon Construction, Neil has channelled this expertise into building a company that Guernsey homeowners and businesses can trust — combining true craftsmanship with professional project delivery.
Working Foreman
Shane has been working within the construction industry for over 20 years. He is highly skilled in many areas with a good depth of knowledge within the general building trades.
After a short break from the industry, Shane has returned and is a key part of the Horizon Construction team. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensures every project is delivered to the highest standard.
